Due to the specialized nature of the car wash business,
our goal in 1999 was to fill another void within the industry. We started a company dedicated to the design and construction
of car washes and related profit centers. Many projects have been done by construction companies and architects, with limited
or no experience in the car wash industry. 3D Design & Construction, L.L.C. is the only company in the
Upper Midwest to design and build ONLY for the car wash industry. This partnership was formed with an architect who has been
designing and remodeling full serve, exterior and petroleum type car wash projects for 35 years.
